Cub Scout Pack 631 was established at Larkspur Elementary School in Larkspur, Colorado. Due to rapid growth in our area, the initial membership was comprised of many Scouters from another school - as students were transferred to Larkspur.  We have grown consistently since then through the endless efforts of our parents and leaders, and expect to reach approximately 40 Scouts this year.  The Pack 631 program includes an entire year of fun-filled Scouting in compliance with the requirements for a Quality Unit, as established by the Boy Scouts of America - Denver Area Council.  We operate with a system that allows every Scout to participate at very little out-of-pocket cost to the Scouting family if the Scout participates in the annual fundraiser and meets the established objective. We have strong Pack leadership, with many devoted parents contributing in many ways and with many years of Scouting experience.  Highlights of our program include the legendary Pinewood Derby car race, an annual service project, and The Blue & Gold Banquet .  We’ve also developed a popular “One-Hike-a-Month” program, which brings our families together on some of Colorado’s best trails.  We are thankful to all those who are involved with our program, and for the endless energy of the boys, and if you’re new to the area, we invite you to visit us.
